Funnel Form Forwarding
Use your own form provider or plain HTML forms and forward submissions directly into Platfio. Each submission automatically creates a business, adds a primary contact, saves the form data, and can trigger autoresponders — no migration required.
Projects
Organize tasks into distinct projects so you can manage multiple pieces of work for the same client without everything blending together. Projects also introduce engagement templates — guiding your sales and delivery teams through the right workflow depending on the type of engagement, whether it's paid discovery, fixed price, schedule of charges, or something else entirely.
AI Design Tool Improvements
The AI Design Tool is already live, but we're making it even better. Upcoming improvements make it easier to reference your own custom images in the designer and build richer context awareness into design generation — drawing from the project plan you're building and the brand palette you've configured.
External App Management
Platfio already supports adding apps built on other platforms — like WordPress sites or GitHub repos you're managing for a client. We're making this experience even more delightful so that even when you build on external platforms, you can still take full advantage of Platfio's onboarding, handover, and support tools.

A better experience for generating and delivering the client portal. The new handover flow gives you more control over how clients access their portal — with smarter handling based on whether they're a primary contact or an additional contact on the business.
Improved Onboarding Flow
A smoother way to configure and send onboarding wizards to your clients. Responses are automatically integrated into the application you're building if you choose to build with Platfio — or made conveniently available to you if you're building the project using another tool.
Website Builder Re-Architecture
A new architecture for how Platfio builds websites. Currently, websites are derived from the web application, which limits SEO performance. We're re-architecting to provide a separate system for building and publishing static websites — giving your clients fast, search-engine-optimized sites independent of the app.

Extended Custom Code Support
You can already write custom code in the Platfio App Builder. We're expanding support to more frontend frameworks and more backend languages, giving your developers even more flexibility.
