Ashgrey Digital is a full-lifecycle software agency that handles everything from the first prospect touchpoint to ongoing client support. They build custom mobile apps, web applications, and client portals for businesses across a range of industries — and they manage the entire relationship within Platfio.

The Full Lifecycle on One Platform
Ashgrey Digital uses Platfio across every stage of their client work. Outbound prospecting starts in the Outbound Tool — identifying businesses in their target market and adding them to the CRM. Leads move through the pipeline until they're ready for a discovery conversation.
Scoping happens in the Plan Builder. The team works through discovery, personas, user stories, flows, and tech stack with the client — then shares the output as a PRD the client can review online. That same plan feeds directly into the Proposal Builder, with packages, milestones, and payment terms all integrated.
Build is handled through the App Builder and Website Builder, with Deployments to the App Store and Play Store managed from the same platform. Once live, client relationships are managed through the Client Portal, with issues tracked via the Ticketing System and new clients onboarded through the Onboarding Wizard.
